XAG P200: What an 85 L Tank and 150 L Spreader Mean for Large Farms
Update, 2 October 2026: XAG has not announced the P200 for the US, and we found no FCC authorization for it. Under the FCC Covered List, a foreign-built drone without an authorization granted before 22 December 2025 cannot be marketed in the US. See which spray drones US farms can still buy.
The XAG P200 is XAG’s 2026 flagship agricultural drone: a 149.9 kg maximum-takeoff-weight aircraft with an 85-liter spray tank, a 150-liter granule container, 4D imaging radar and a top speed of 13.8 m/s, according to XAG’s official 2026 specifications. XAG’s Chinese product comparison lists it above the P150 Ultra and P120, and it is a very different machine from the smaller drones that once carried P-series names.
Scale is the whole point. The P200 is not an entry-level sprayer for small farms. It is built for high-throughput work where fewer refill cycles make a real difference to a day’s output.

Spraying: 85 L and up to 52 L/min
The P200 uses the RevoSpray 6 system with an 85-liter smart tank. Two centrifugal atomizing nozzles are standard, with droplets adjustable from about 60 to 500 microns and an effective spray width of 5 to 10 meters. The standard dual-pump system is rated at up to 42 L/min, 21 L/min per pump. XAG’s 2026 comparison page also lists an optional four-nozzle setup that reaches 52 L/min, a big jump over older P-series systems.
High flow helps with large application volumes, dense orchard coverage and contract spraying. But a 42 or 52 L/min maximum is not a field application rate. Real coverage depends on the rate per hectare, flight speed, spray width, crop, terrain, wind, refill workflow and battery turnaround.

Spreading: 150 L and 400 kg/min
With the RevoCast 6 configuration, the P200 carries a 150-liter granule container for materials roughly 1 to 10 mm in diameter, with a 5 to 10 meter spreading width. XAG rates the maximum discharge at 400 kg/min, measured under its laboratory conditions with potassium fertilizer.
Not every fertilizer or seed will move that fast. XAG itself notes that discharge varies with particle size, shape, density, dryness and operating conditions. Even so, for large farms and contractors where refill downtime is the bottleneck, the spreader may be the more interesting half of this aircraft.
Size and payload
With the spraying system attached and propellers unfolded, XAG lists dimensions of about 3416 × 3398 × 790 mm. Folded, it is roughly 1137 × 1168 × 790 mm. It weighs 49.9 kg without a task system but with the battery installed, and maximum takeoff weight is 149.9 kg.
You may see the P200 called a “100 kg payload drone”. XAG’s official figures are the 149.9 kg maximum takeoff weight and the individual task-system capacities, and those are the safer numbers to compare with.
XAG P200 speed and propulsion
Top speed is 13.8 m/s, about 49.7 km/h. Four A75 motors rated at 5,500 W each provide up to 75 kg of maximum thrust per motor under XAG’s test parameters, turning 66-inch folding propellers. This is a propulsion system designed from the start to lift very heavy agricultural loads, not a consumer drone scaled up with a tank underneath.
4D radar and obstacle avoidance
At close to 150 kg, obstacle avoidance is a safety requirement, not a feature. The P200 uses XAG’s RD2488_26 4D imaging radar, which measures azimuth, elevation and distance using 4D imaging and beamforming. The detection range is 1 to 100 meters, with horizontal and vertical avoidance.
XAG rates safe avoidance at relative speeds up to the aircraft’s 13.8 m/s maximum under specified conditions, with a documented stopping clearance of 2.5 meters after braking and stabilization. That covers the usual farm hazards: trees, utility poles, irrigation structures, orchard rows and changes in terrain.
FPV camera
The FPV system is there for situational awareness, not footage: 1920 × 1080 at 30 fps, H.264/H.265 encoding, a 1/2.7-inch CMOS sensor, and a 102° horizontal and 150° vertical field of view.
Battery and charging
The P200 uses the B141050S smart fast-charge battery, rated at 20 Ah / 1050 Wh, 52.5 V output and a maximum charging current of 120 A. Charging options include the CM16400 charger, GC4800 mobile SuperCharge station, CM15300D energy-storage charger, CM210600 vehicle charger and a mist-cooling system.
A big tank is of little use if every battery needs a long break between missions. Any operator weighing up the P200 should cost out the whole charging setup, not just the aircraft.
Controller and RTK
The 2026 P200 works with XAG’s new SRC6 screen controller: a 7-inch display, 20,000 mAh internal battery, 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz operation, up to 2,000 meters of signal distance in unobstructed, interference-free test conditions, and QC, PD and PPS charging. It is also compatible with the ACS4 controller and XRTK 7 positioning equipment.
With RTK enabled and a good GNSS signal, XAG specifies hovering accuracy of about ±10 cm horizontally and vertically. The optional XRTK 7 offers finer positioning specs at the system level and can act as a portable base station for the 2026 P200, P150 Ultra and P120. Repeatable passes matter here because overlaps and gaps cost money in inputs and crop treatment.
Transport
With RevoSling 3, an intelligent cargo-hook system, the P200 can carry loads on a rope. The hook supports ground-contact release, and XAG recommends rope lengths of about 5 to 15 meters. That makes it a logistics tool too, for moving inputs, harvested material, equipment and supplies over terrain that is hard for vehicles.
P200 vs P150 Max, and where you can buy it
XAG’s global English site promotes the P150 Max as its international flagship, with an 80 kg payload, 80 L tank, up to 46 L/min spray flow and a 300 kg/min spread rate. The P200 2026 is listed prominently in XAG’s Chinese catalog. Don’t assume the P200 is available in every XAG market; dealer availability, certification, service support and pricing vary by country, so check with an authorized local distributor.
Price
XAG’s Chinese product page lists the 2026 P200 from ¥43,999 (promotional/support price) and from ¥58,999 (suggested market price). Don’t convert those into a US, European or Australian price. International pricing adds distributor margins, local taxes, certification, freight, support packages, batteries, chargers, task systems and regional configuration differences, and for a commercial ag drone the complete operating package matters far more than the aircraft-only price.
Who it suits
The P200 makes sense for large farms that need high-capacity spraying and spreading, contractors whose margins depend on field throughput, large orchards and plantations with high application volumes, and operators already invested in XAG’s RTK, charging and farm-management hardware. All of them need battery logistics strong enough to keep a large aircraft working continuously.
For small properties it is overkill. A lighter agricultural drone will do the job with far less logistical complexity, and in my view the P200 only pays for itself where cutting the number of aircraft or refill cycles per job is the main goal.
