Black Friday Drone Accessories 2026: What to Buy for the Drone You Already Own
The best Black Friday drone accessories are rarely the flashy ones. For most owners the money is better spent on a second or third battery, a microSD card that DJI actually lists for the aircraft, and a charging hub, in that order. This guide is built around the drone you already own, so you buy parts that fit instead of a generic bundle.
Everything below comes from DJI specification pages and the official retailer announcements. Drone Ranker did not fly or test these products. If you are still choosing the drone itself, our DJI drone deals tracker for Black Friday covers aircraft prices, and this page sticks to the parts around them.

When the deals start this year
Black Friday falls on 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday on 30 November. Walmart is the only big US retailer with official dates so far: its holiday events announcement of 26 October lists Early Black Friday Deals from 12 to 15 November, Black Friday Deals online from 23 to 29 November and Cyber Monday deals from 30 November to 2 December.
Amazon has not announced its 2026 dates yet. Last year its Black Friday Week ran from 20 November to 1 December 2025, so a similar window is a reasonable guess, not a promise. Accessories tend to move in the same waves as the drones, which means there is no need to buy a battery at full price in the first week of November.

Start with the drone you already own
The quickest way to waste money on Black Friday drone accessories is to buy for the wrong aircraft. Batteries, hubs and filters are model-specific, and even microSD cards differ from one DJI list to the next. Find your drone below, buy those three things, and stop there unless you have a specific problem to solve.

Two details trip people up. The Air 3S and the original Air 3 use different batteries, although DJI’s Air 3 Series Battery Charging Hub takes both. And the Neo records to its 22 GB of internal storage, so a memory card is a pointless gift for a Neo owner. Spare batteries and a hub are the drone accessories that make the biggest difference to that drone.
If you are buying for someone else and do not know the model, a Kingston Canvas Go! Plus 128 GB card is the safest pick here, since it appears on the Mini 4 Pro, Mini 5 Pro and Air 3S lists. A drone itself makes a bigger gift, and our Black Friday DJI drone deals page tracks those prices against October.
Spare batteries: the Black Friday drone accessories that matter most
A spare battery changes how a drone gets used more than any of the other drone accessories here. One pack gives you a single flight and a nervous eye on the percentage. Three packs give you time to scout, fly and reshoot. DJI’s own figures show how much each pack holds:

The Mini series has one catch. On the Mini 5 Pro specifications, DJI rates the standard 2,788 mAh pack at 36 minutes and the 4,680 mAh Battery Plus at 52 minutes, and the Mini 4 Pro moves from 34 to 45 minutes with its Plus pack. The Plus packs take the aircraft over 249 g, which matters for FAA registration and for some state and park rules. Our drone registration by weight guide explains where that line sits.
Genuine DJI spare batteries on Amazon
DJI Neo Intelligent Flight Battery
1,435 mAh, about 18 minutes per DJI. Two spares turn one short flight into three.
DJI Mini 4 Pro / Mini 3 series battery (standard)
2,590 mAh. Keeps a Mini 4 Pro under 249 g.
DJI Intelligent Flight Battery Plus (Mini 4 Pro / Mini 3 series)
3,850 mAh and up to 45 minutes on the Mini 4 Pro, but the drone goes over 249 g.
DJI Air 3S Intelligent Flight Battery
4,276 mAh, 62.5 Wh, up to 45 minutes per DJI.
DJI Air 3 Intelligent Flight Battery
For the original Air 3. It does not swap with the Air 3S pack.
DJI Mavic 4 Pro Intelligent Flight Battery
6,654 mAh, up to 51 minutes.

Mini 5 Pro, Flip and Neo 2 owners should be more careful. Third-party listings that call themselves “original” are common for these newer models, and we explain how to spot them in which genuine DJI spare batteries are still sold in the US.
microSD cards: buy from DJI’s list, not the speed headline
A cheap card that cannot keep up with the bitrate is the most common way to lose a clip. DJI publishes a recommended list for each drone, and the lists differ. The Mini 5 Pro list names Lexar Silver Plus cards from 64 GB to 1 TB and Kingston Canvas Go! Plus cards from 64 GB to 512 GB. The Air 3S list names Lexar 1066x and Kingston Canvas Go! Plus cards up to 512 GB. The Mini 4 Pro list is shorter and includes the Kingston Canvas Go! Plus only in 64 GB and 128 GB.
microSD cards on DJI’s lists
Kingston Canvas Go! Plus 128 GB microSD
On the Mini 4 Pro, Mini 5 Pro and Air 3S lists. A safe gift if you are not sure which drone it is for.
Kingston Canvas Go! Plus 256 GB microSD
On the Mini 5 Pro and Air 3S lists. The size most owners end up wanting.
Kingston Canvas Go! Plus 512 GB microSD
For 10-bit video and long trips on the Mini 5 Pro or Air 3S.
Lexar Silver Plus 512 GB microSD
On the Mini 5 Pro list (64 GB to 1 TB).
Lexar Silver Plus 256 GB microSD (2-pack)
Two cards, so one can live in the controller bag as a spare.

Charging hubs and ND filters
Once you own three batteries, a charging hub is the cheapest of the Black Friday drone accessories left on the list. DJI says the Neo hub charges three packs at once with a charger over 45 W, and only two with a weaker one, so check the wall charger you already have before you buy a hub.
ND filters only matter if you shoot video in daylight and want natural motion blur. Filters are made for a specific gimbal, so a set for the Mini 4 Pro will not fit a Mini 5 Pro. Check the model name in the listing title before you add it to the cart. Filters are also the category where cheap Black Friday drone accessories bundles cut the most corners, so a branded set made for your gimbal is worth the extra.
Hubs and filters
DJI 30W USB-C Two-Way Charging Hub (Mini 3 / Mini 4 Pro batteries)
Three batteries in sequence, standard or Plus.
DJI Neo Two-Way Charging Hub
For DJI Neo batteries only.
Freewell ND / ND-PL kit for DJI Mini 4 Pro
Made for the Mini 4 Pro gimbal. Not for the Mini 5 Pro.

Flying home for the holidays with spare batteries
If the spare batteries are going on a plane, the FAA PackSafe rules say spare lithium-ion batteries must travel in carry-on bags, with the terminals covered. Packs of 100 Wh or less need no airline approval, and packs of 101 to 160 Wh need approval and are limited to two. The Neo pack is 10.5 Wh and the Air 3S pack is 62.5 Wh, so both sit well under the limit. A LiPo-safe bag or the original battery case keeps the terminals covered.
What not to buy on Black Friday
- Unbranded “original” batteries. If the seller is not DJI or an authorised dealer, the pack may not match DJI’s capacity or firmware.
- Cards that are not on the list. A big speed number on the package says nothing about whether the drone accepts the card.
- Generic accessory bundles. They pad the box with cheap landing pads, lanyards and bags you will not use, and the filters rarely fit.
- Accessories for a drone you have not chosen yet. Pick the aircraft first with which drone should I buy or our best DJI drones list, then buy the parts.
We will update this list of Black Friday drone accessories as Amazon and Best Buy announce their dates and as accessory prices move. For the same parts outside the holiday rush, the drone accessories worth buying guide from October goes deeper on cards and filters.
